Fixed a bug in para_plot() that affected plotting of selected descriptors. Fixed a bug in para_abundance_CI() and para_intensity_CI in ci_method calculation “perc”.
New features Added a save_fig argument to para_explo_abun(), para_explo_prev(), and para_plot_CI() to allow users to save generated figures. Added a save_table argument to para_descriptor(), para_prevalence_CI(), para_abundance_CI(), and para_intensity_CI() to allow users to save generated tables. Added a wilson argument to para_prevalence_CI() to enable calculation of Wilson confidence intervals. Added a ci_method argument to para_abundance_CI() and para_intensity_CI() to allow users to choose between “bca” and “perc” bootstrap confidence interval methods. Added the new para_aggregation_CI() function for estimating confidence intervals for aggregation indices. Enhanced para_plot_CI() to automatically detect and plot all supported descriptors and aggregation indices.
